We start with an Award-winning Swiss cheese and smoke it. It is a very good tasting Swiss cheese and adding smoke to it just adds more flavor. It's great for cheese and crackers.
All of our Cheeses are cut by hand which may lead to having varied weights from time to time. Our cheeses are smoked to get all 6 sides of the cheese to get that great smoked flavor.
