This Kolbassi is not your traditional Polish Kolbassi. Making it from only inspected lean beef, quality inspected pork, all-natural casings, and our own recipe gives this Smoked Kolbassi something to talk about. We take the time to smoke every batch of Kolbassi with several different kinds of wood to give it that homemade smoke tastes like no others. This product is great for sandwiches, cut up and put into stews, or even soups. Since it is fully cooked it is also great to eat for a snack.
