An added twist to your traditional pork sausage, we smoke it! Our smoked sausage is simply salt and pepper, no additional ingredients to mask the taste of good old fashion sausage that our grandparents made. We use only inspected quality pork and all-natural casings to allow the natural smoke to be absorbed into the product. This is great for breakfast, in soups, or even in stews.
