This is a mild-tasting cheese with Horseradish. The horseradish taste does not power these cheeses, then add smoke flavor to it and now you have a very tasty cheese with a little bit to it. It's great for cheese and crackers.
All of our Cheeses are cut by hand which may lead to having varied weights from time to time. Our cheeses are smoked to get all 6 sides of the cheese to get that great smoked flavor.
