Now if you want something that has a kick to it, this is the cheese for you. Before we smoke this cheese it is already "HOT" … When you smoke it, it brings out the oils from the peppers in the cheese and makes it even "Hotter". It's great for cheese and crackers, even adding a little into your Mac and Cheese goes a long way, but it adds some great taste…. as long as you like hot stuff!
All of our Cheeses are cut by hand which may lead to having varied weights from time to time. Our cheeses are smoked to get all 6 sides of the cheese to get that great smoked flavor.
